SAN JOSE, Sept. 8 — Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd has released its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance report, detailing progress on interconnect solutions that underpin AI data centers. The report lands as the company reports revenue of $407.0 million in its most recent quarter, a 201.5% jump year over year and 51.9% growth quarter over quarter. A subsequent quarter brought revenue of $479.0 million, up 114.7% year over year and 9.6% sequentially.

The growth story tracks a sector-wide push for higher bandwidth and lower power consumption in AI infrastructure.

Acquisition and product push

Credo has completed its acquisition of DustPhotonics, bringing Silicon Photonics PIC technology in-house. The deal widens Credo’s addressable market and deepens its optical interconnect portfolio across 800G, 1.6T, and 3.2T near-packaged optics and co-packaged optics. On the product front, the company’s Blue Heron 224G AI scale-up retimer supports extended cable and PCB backplane links using UALink, ESUN, and Ethernet protocols.

It enables rack-scale cable backplanes for AI scale-up networking. Credo’s plug-and-play purple ZeroFlap active electrical cables serve as interconnects for the Rebellions RebelPOD, a high-performance AI cluster with rack-to-rack scalability and RDMA networking for large-scale inference.

The company also introduced Lark 800G DSPs for full retimed 800G transceivers in dense AI data centers. At the CIOE trade show in Shenzhen, Credo unveiled Bluebird, its next-generation optical DSP for 1.6T transceivers aimed at accelerating training and inference workloads.

Memory, storage, and standards

New PCIe 6/7 and CXL retimers and AECs deliver what the company describes as industry-leading performance and power efficiency, with diagnostic tools including an embedded logic analyzer and advanced SerDes tools. Credo will showcase interconnect products for AI memory and storage applications at the Future of Memory and Storage 2026 conference, scheduled for August 4-6 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. At the Open Compute Project Global Summit, Credo demonstrated products at Booth B31 and in the Innovation Village, including demos with XConn PCIe and CXL.

Watch for how Credo’s silicon photonics integration and 1.6T optical DSPs fare against rivals in the AI networking segment, where power efficiency and bandwidth remain the key battlegrounds.
