The RCOG World Congress 2027 runs from 22 to 24 April at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists organises the event with the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia. The theme is ‘Shaping women’s health: Global collaboration – local impact’. The congress draws women’s healthcare professionals, trainees, researchers and leaders from more than 30 countries for three days of clinical updates and policy discussion.
What to expect
The programme packs 35 sessions across five streams. Eight plenaries anchor the schedule. Speakers from more than 30 countries will cover the theme of global collaboration with local impact. The streams give delegates a structured path through the range of obstetrics and gynaecology topics on offer.
Tickets and how to attend
Attendance requires paid delegate registration through the official registration page at rcog.org.uk. A super early bird rate applies until 31 October 2026. An early bird rate follows and runs until 9 January 2027. Registration is handled entirely on the RCOG site.
Getting there
From Cormar Suites in central Kuala Lumpur the convention centre is about a 15-minute walk through KLCC Park. A Grab ride takes roughly five to ten minutes. The venue sits beside the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC.
Where to stay
For a splurge, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur sits at or right beside the venue. For better value, Cormar Suites Kuala Lumpur is a newly renovated 4-star hotel in central Kuala Lumpur, about 15 minutes’ walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. Its studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are larger than a standard hotel room, each with a full kitchenette, a work desk, fast WiFi and a bathtub, and it usually costs far less than the big-brand hotels.
How to get there from the city centre, what is nearby and the full event details are on the RCOG World Congress 2027 guide. Event dates fill hotels fast: book direct with Cormar Suites for the best available rate, and confirm times and entry rules with the organiser before you go.
