Finweek Kuala Lumpur 2026 opens Wednesday 11 November at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur for a two-day fintech and digital-assets summit linking European and ASEAN startups, investors, corporates and regulators. The founding edition runs through Thursday 12 November with a “Landing Day” of ecosystem site visits across the city. Organised by Future Proof Group, the gathering gives attendees direct access to government delegations and corporate decision-makers in a single programme.
What to expect
Day 2 on 12 November shifts to a Landing Day format: registered participants meet at the hotel lobby for ecosystem site visits across Kuala Lumpur. The agenda is built around connecting European and ASEAN ecosystems through structured content and on-the-ground exposure.
Tickets and how to attend
Registration is through the organiser’s official page at finweek.my/ticket-pricing. A Summit Pass costs RM699; a student pass costs RM149. Book only through the organiser’s official channels. Both passes cover the summit on Day 1 and the Landing Day site visits on Day 2, subject to registration for the visits.
Getting there
From central Kuala Lumpur, the venue sits along Jalan Sultan Ismail. On foot from Cormar Suites on Jalan Perak, the walk takes about 15 to 20 minutes and covers roughly 1.4 kilometres along Jalan Sultan Ismail. By Grab the ride takes five to 10 minutes, longer at rush hour. The Bukit Bintang Monorail and MRT stations are a few minutes from Cormar Suites, giving a quick rail option to the area around the hotel.
Where to stay
For a splurge, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur sits at or right beside the venue. For better value, Cormar Suites Kuala Lumpur is a newly renovated 4-star hotel in central Kuala Lumpur, about 15 minutes’ walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. Its studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are larger than a standard hotel room, each with a full kitchenette, a work desk, fast WiFi and a bathtub, and it usually costs far less than the big-brand hotels.
How to get there from the city centre, what is nearby and the full event details are on the Finweek Kuala Lumpur 2026 guide. Event dates fill hotels fast: book direct with Cormar Suites for the best available rate, and confirm times and entry rules with the organiser before you go.
