Motiaz Group unveils \u2018Capital One\u2019 & a new brand identity

ZIRAKPUR, June 29 — Motiaz Group has officially launched its mixed-use commercial development, ‘Motiaz Capital One’, at the NH-7/PR-7 (Airport Road) junction here, the company announced during a press conference today. The announcement coincided with the unveiling of the group’s new corporate logo. Mukul Bansal, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Motiaz Group, told media personnel the refreshed identity signals a forward-looking era for the company.

“Under a refreshed identity, the Motiaz legacy will be taken ahead with delivery of some very innovative projects,” Bansal said. “We are starting this foray with the announcement of ‘Motiaz Capital One’.” The development has secured its Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approval, registration number PBRERA-SAS79-PC0425-042026.

The project is designed around the core philosophy described as “More Than Retail. A Destination,” according to the company’s statement. Bansal framed the project as an answer to a local gap.

“‘Capital One’ is our vision of creating something Zirakpur has long awaited—a destination where commerce meets culture and community,” he added. “We are creating a vibrant urban space where people come to meet friends, enjoy great food and coffee, discover leading brands, experience entertainment, and participate in cultural activities.” Motiaz Group, described in the announcement as a leading real estate developer in the region, is positioning Capital One as an integrated, all-in-one lifestyle hub.

The project is designed to serve residents across Zirakpur, the tricity region, and beyond. According to the company, the development will feature premium retail brands, high-street shopping, signature restaurants, cafés, food courts, entertainment zones, and modern office spaces. The project aims to bridge what the company describes as a gap between commercial real estate and social culture.

The timeline for construction or completion was not specified in the announcement. The company’s statement focused on the project’s concept and its RERA registration status. Motiaz Group’s decision to launch a new brand identity alongside a major commercial project suggests a coordinated strategy.

The company is positioning itself for what Bansal described as “some very innovative projects” under the refreshed corporate logo. Zirakpur, located at the intersection of major roadways in the tricity region, has seen significant real estate development in recent years.

The NH-7/PR-7 junction where Capital One is sited is a prominent commercial corridor. Industry observers will be watching to see whether the project delivers on its promise of blending commerce with culture and community, and how it fits into the broader commercial landscape of the region. The RERA registration provides a regulatory framework for the development’s progress.
